Hello my dear friends,
Are you addicted to Adrenaline?
My dear friend, Manuel Schoch, spent most of his life, helping people and himself to find “inner freedom”.
On his journey, he observed, accurately, that the main obstacle to experiencing this illusive inner freedom, is fundamentally fear.
We all know this. The biological component that reinstates fear is our addiction to adrenaline!
Our minds and bodies cannot be separated, they work as a unit. And our minds are programmed for survival at all costs in all circumstances.
Our minds constantly need action to give us an illusionary feeling that we are awake and alive. When we feel awake, we increase adrenaline production. Media, tv, films increase our adrenaline levels. Worrying about unreal problems increases our adrenaline!
Addictive behaviour patterns are rooted to our adrenaline addiction.
We’re living and recreating a world of adrenaline junkies!
How do we free ourselves of this addiction?
By relaxing and stilling the mind, of course.
Meditation and relaxation processes help us to “get out of our mind’s mechanisms” for sure.
In addition, we can also biochemically balance adrenaline levels, so that our body can support our mind to relax faster and to stay in that space of relaxation for longer.
The longer our body stays in a relaxed state, our mind can calm down and feel safe.
When we feel safe, we allow the natural thriving mechanisms within our system to take control.
Easy, natural solutions appear to problems that seemed unsurmountable without adrenaline!
Many of my clients and patients find meditative and relaxation processes challenging because of their fast paced outer lives.
There are other ways to “slow down” the mind.
The simplest way, is to talk to other people. Especially people that are different from us. When we talk to others we learn how to listen, how to be patient, how to be quiet, and we learn how to share.
This physical sharing is a very different experience, than sharing over social media or even over the phone. It’s more genuine and real!
Try it!
There are, of course, a variety of herbs and homeopathic, natural remedies to help overcome fear and anxieties.

Here’s to our increasing joy and vitality!
